Choopy News: 3/19/2012

Thankfully, its been a busy month between the weekends of shows earlier in the month, and now trying to get orders finished up for some shops. Make sure to keep tuned in, some very cool stuff is on the horizon. Some pretty awesome stuff to let you know about this week too.

Harborview Bait and Tackle
As you may or may not know, I introduced a 1 1/2 oz popper at this years flea markets. Harborview Bait and Tackle in Stratford, CT, were keeping track of what I had been up to, and wanted some. I couldn't say no to them, so they now have some poppers in stock. Well, they might still have them in stock. Stop by their shop, or give them a call and see what they have left. I know its a great imitation for those fall baits like snappers, mullet and peanut bunker, but you might want to have one with you for the early season mudflats. Some of them might look like this:

Mackerels at MSBA

Larry's Tackleshop will have some more mackerel needlefish and darters at MSBA this weekend. MSBA will be in at Plymouth, MA again this year, so make sure to stop by and check them out. I think they are pretty cool, but I might have a bias.
